And it all Started Sitting on the Sofa…

Last summer after many months of prayerful consideration, I began yet another conversation with my husband about the idea of starting a company that would help good people do good things utilizing my passion for strategic philanthropic leadership.

It was a “wild and crazy” Saturday night in our house and we were sitting on the sofa watching TV.

I probably began the conversation the same why I had a thousand times before. As I started processing out loud all of my thoughts: why I felt called to do this, but wasn’t brave enough to take the leap, my husband lovingly listened as he reached over and opened up his laptop.

I continued my monologue, processing as I talked. And after a little bit of time he turned his lap top my direction and inquired, “What do you want your company to be called?”

And, just like that our journey of reimagining philanthropy began.

It has been a true honor and privilege to serve so many amazing clients, empowering organizations for generational impact through strategic philanthropic leadership.

It’s been a wonderful year. I can’t wait for year two!
